EXCHANGE, REFUND OR RETURN POLICY

Physical products may be returned and refunded within 7 days of delivery.

1. Delivery is made via postal service and, depending on the location, it can arrive from 7 days to 21 working days.

2. ​In case of return, as soon as the product arrives, the company will be refunded the value of the product less the credit card charge (4%)​

3. If the card company refunds the credit card amount, the refund will be 100% of the product amount to be credited to the customer's account with the same CPF or to approve the credit card chargeback

Signatures:

1. At the moment we only have Premium Subscription Grupo Consignado.​

   1. The Customer may request a refund at any time as long as the group does not consolidate the person or does not have a sufficient quorum (minimum of 100 subscribers.)

   2. The refund will be in the amount of 94.00 for those who paid by Credit Card

   3. The refund will be in the amount of 100.00 for those who paid in the bank slip
