What is a digital contract?
The Digital Contract is currently accepted by 99% of banks. When you take out a loan, a refinance, a portability or a payroll credit card, you no longer need to sign papers and more papers. When the loan proposal (contract) is entered into the bank's system, instead of papers to sign, you will receive your contracts via SMS or Whatsapp and will be able to see all contracted options sent directly from the bank. If you agree, these messages will contain a link (address of a website or application) that will ask you if the information is correct and you will say yes or no. If so, the contract continues. If not, the contract is cancelled. If you continue with the contract, it will ask you to send your ID and other documents over the phone. And in the end, to make sure it's really you borrowing, he'll open his cell phone camera and take a live photo. It does not accept photos already taken.
