Who are the beneficiaries of the deceased workers in the city?
They are: the beneficiary's dependents (spouse, partner, children and stepchildren under 21 years of age or disabled, provided they have not become an ethos; parents; siblings not annotated, under 21 years old or disabled) in the city. This benefit is paid only to the family of the deceased urban worker, or in the event of disappearance, the presumed death is declared by the court (officially declared deceased). This service will be provided remotely and there is no need to attend the INSS unit unless possible evidence is required that the beneficiaries prove existence, called proof of life.
How to request? Today everything can be done by the government website Meu INSS or by the Mobile Application of Meu INSS available in the official stores. Click here to go to the INSS website.
